For example, Colgate® Optic White® Advanced Sparkling White® was the first toothpaste to receive the ADA Seal of Acceptance for safety and efficacy in the at-home teeth bleaching category. In markets where the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is regulated such as Europe and Asia, Colgate has developed a highly effective and completely safe whitening toothpaste using a new Active Oxygen whitening technology, which is capable of bleaching stains on the tooth surface and below the tooth surface.
