To bring this work to life,  our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide inclusive spaces to support Colgate-Palmolive People as they grow and innovate at the Company, as well as deeply enrich the knowledge and capabilities of our people.

Our ERGs are dedicated to equipping all employees with future-ready skills to ensure continuous growth and impact.  

These groups help Colgate-Palmolive ensure a resilient workforce, focused on workforce readiness for tomorrow's challenges through knowledge sharing and business alignment. Our ERGs drive engagement and inclusion across the business, supporting a vibrant company culture. They champion organizational engagement, meticulously identifying opportunities to align with business initiatives and deliver tangible outcomes. 

To support innovation at the Company, the Black Leadership Network ERG hosted an engaging and interactive session focused on Google Gemini @ CP, a secure way for employees to access Google’s leading AI models to help employees work smarter, faster and more creatively. Participants explored the innovative features of Gemini, with expert guidance on how to leverage this tool in their work. The session was packed with practical tips and real-world examples designed to help attendees enhance their AI skills and boost their confidence in navigating the evolving world of artificial intelligence. 

The Latin Leadership Network (LLN) is championing innovation by showcasing the experiences and insights of our leaders through the Leader-to-Leader Lens video messages. This forward-thinking initiative is designed to inspire and uplift all employees.. In a recent highlight, the LLN ERG featured executives sharing powerful messages on fostering emotional intelligence, supporting teams, driving continuous improvement and innovation, and shaping a visionary future. These thought-provoking insights provide valuable guidance on innovative leadership across Colgate-Palmolive.

Another of our ERGs, JumpStart, designed for early-career professionals or those starting at a new CP location, is addressing the evolving dynamics of our multigenerational teams. Recognizing the importance of Gentelligence® - a people strategy focused on leveraging generational diversity to prepare for tomorrow’s challenges - JumpStart recently hosted a live, interactive webinar led by Dr. Megan Gerhardt, the leading authority and trademark owner of Gentelligence®. This session empowered participants to strengthen their ability to collaborate across generations, ensuring our workforce is ready to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

And this work is not only happening in the US, but across our global workforce as well. In our Africa/Eurasia and Europe Divisions, ERGs came together for the Colgate Women’s Network Mentoring Program, which was open to all employees of the division. This program has supported more than 700 participants to build important business skills and network with company leaders. The program empowers participants with building the following forward-looking skills:

  • Growth Mindset - Encourages mentees and mentors to embrace challenges, set stretch goals, and continuously reflect on their progress.

  • Cross-Functional & Cross-Location Collaboration - Brings together colleagues from different geographies, locations, and functions to exchange diverse perspectives.

  • Leadership & People Centricity - Fosters self-awareness, empathy and inclusive behaviors to support strong and caring leadership.

  • Career Agility & Adaptability- Exposes mentees to various career paths and helps them navigate change with confidence and resilience.

Through these multifaceted contributions, ERGs don't just deepen employee knowledge; they cultivate an inclusive workforce that is skilled, engaged, and ready to navigate the complexities of tomorrow.
