As we celebrate Black Heritage Month, we are reminded of the importance of representation and the power of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and fostering a purpose-driven workplace.
This month, we sat down on the 7th floor of our Park Ave HQ and spoke with three remarkable members of Colgate’s Black Leadership Network (BLN) Employee Resource Group – Melissa Covington, Executive Administrative Assistant, Shakira Dubose, a National Retail Category Development Manager, and Pipe Mabayoje, Associate Brand Manager – to discuss their experiences on the BLN and highlight the significance of Black Heritage Month within our organization.
