Clinical Trials FAQs

Help us change the future of Oral and Skin Care

  • What is the importance of clinical research?

Clinical research allows for the testing of new products and devices on people, like you. These trials allow scientists to apply the information they gain through laboratory research into treatments and products that help consumers.

  • How do I participate in a Colgate clinical research trial?

Go to the "Get Involved" page to sign up to receive information about upcoming trials. By filling out the interest form, you will be considered for inclusion in the different trials we conduct each year! In order to be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age and/or be the guardian of younger participants interested in joining a trial. You must also live in the U.S.

  • What are the benefits of joining a clinical study?

By joining a Colgate Palmolive study, you will be part of a group of people who are looking to better the future of oral and skin health. Often times, you will be amongst the first to be invited to test out state of the art devices and/or products designed to better your health. These products go through many rounds of pre-clinical testing and approval prior to including them in clinical trials.
