We pursue innovation with purpose, collaboration and teamwork, bringing together scientists, designers and engineers who help build some of the most loved products on the planet. Our commitment to relentless experimentation and creativity has led to some of our recent innovations, including: Colgate Total Active Prevention, Hill’s Prescription Diet ONC Care, Soupline’s First-of-its-Kind Softening Tablets, Suavitel’s Shed Shield, and PCA Skin’s Most Powerful Anti-Aging Serum Yet.

And, with the Colgate brand found in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.

We are proud to have created a first-of-its-kind recyclable toothpaste tube that can be recycled along with laundry detergent bottles and other plastic bottles. To spark a global transition to recyclable tubes, Colgate-Palmolive decided to share its recyclable tube know-how with other companies, including competitors.

We are also proud that, as of December 31, 2024, we have earned 44 TRUE certifications for Zero Waste in 26 countries and across six continents, demonstrating our commitment to operating high-efficiency, low-impact, zero-waste facilities.
