We will review our existing processes to ensure equity.

We will support minority and women owned suppliers to enable success of diversity owned businesses

Driving Growth

We will support minority and women owned suppliers to enable success of diversity owned businessed by driving growth in supplier diversity. 


We will promote dialog around diversity, equity and inclusion to advance the culture change to achieve our vision.

Communications Strategy

We will establish a communications strategy for diversity, equity & inclusion to build awareness and comfort discussing issues of DE&I.

Thought Leadership

We will become an Ally for change as a thought leader on issues of DE&I, leveraging social media to drive this leadership.


We will encourage corporate accountability with transparent communication of our DE&I strategy and metrics.

Brand Integration

We will ensure that our brands communicate with our underserved consumers in ways that are relevant by leveraging cultural insights.
